Work to Empower (WE) is KP based, non-profit, youth led organization, working under the umbrella of Dost Welfare Foundation as its youth wing. Since its inception in 2014, WE is working for the overall development of society by way of; capacity building, Education, Youth Empowerment, Entrepreneurship, Global Change and Leadership among youth and others at different settings.
Work to Empower (WE) under supervision of Dost Welfare Foundation is planned to organize a 06 days residential conference including, “WE Boot Camp at Swat, Kalam, Mohodand lake and Lake Saif Ullah from 2nd October to 7th October 2018.”

WE Boot Camp (WBC) is a 5-days, residential, rigorous and thought- provoking entrepreneurship conference focusing on Leadership, Youth Innovation, and Society. At WBC, aspiring leaders are exposed to a diverse gathering to help them to analyze and solve pertinent socio-economic issues in Pakistan.

Living, sharing and growing together with fellow counterparts from all over the country including: Azad Jammu Kashmir (AJK) and Gilgit Baltistan (GB). Over 150 participants are interacting with each other for a greater recognition, understanding in respect of alternative views. This platform provides youth with an exciting ‘Adventurous Journey’ which help them to become more decisive, confident and active within theircommunities.
WE Boot Camp consists of interactive survival based activities where learning is completely hands-on. Case studies, role plays, group work and survival competition are some of the tools through which we will help our youth to understand and challenge the different prevalent behaviors, learning skills by leaving comfort zone, acquire knowledge for handling of tough situations and by gaining confidence to face chances of survival.
